Features

1. Each stranded wire cage is driven by the motor separately, the motor is controlled independently, and the speed is adjusted separately, through the gear;

2. Suitable for twisted copper conductors, aluminum conductors and aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), as well as insulated wires and stranded wires without anti-twisting. Equipped with a compactor, it is also suitable for stranding round, semi-circular and sector copper or aluminum conductors;

3. Suitable for PND 630 and PND 710 spools, equipped with side bottom batch loader, can load and unload spools as a whole;

4. The spool is loaded in four equal positions on the circumference of the stranding cage to facilitate loading and unloading. The machine has high rigidity, good integrity and fast running speed;

5. The pay-off tension of the spool in the cage is controlled by mechanical and/or pneumatic methods (proportional valve) and supersonic speed;

6. Equipped with electric twisted winch with natural divider to prevent conductors from scraping each other during the stranding process;

7. Set the break stopper to automatically stop the machine emergency when the wire is cut or broken;

8. The control system of the whole production line adopts all-digital DC speed governor and PLC, and is also equipped with measurement, indication and fault display system, as well as human-machine interface (HMI) to display the operating status of the machine and view.
